QUIET ENVIRONMENT. It is our desire to provide a relaxing and tranquil environment for our clients. To ensure this, please turn off all cell phones and please try to maintain quiet levels of conversation. We are also unable to render services to guests accompanied by small children.
APPOINTMENTS. Please arrive early to each appointment to allow us to spend as much time with you as possible. And please arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to fill out some basic paperwork so that we can better serve you.
SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS. A credit card may be required at the time the appointment is made. A 24 hour notice is required for cancellations. Less than 24 hours notice or a “no show” may result in a charge for the scheduled treatment.
LATE ARRIVALS. Upon arriving late for an appointment, the time of treatment may be reduced to prepare for the next scheduled client. The fee will remain the same.
GIFT CARDS. Gift cards are treated as cash and are non-refundable if lost or stolen. To redeem them, the client must have the gift card in hand at the time of redemption.
PAYMENT FOR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. No personal checks are accepted for new clients or non-local clients. There will be a $30 bank fee and a $25 service charge for returned checks.
